                       Know all men by these presents
that I, Henry Moore of the County and State aforesaid
for, and in consideration of the Sum of Seventy Dollars to
me in hand paid, the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted, bargained and Sold and by
these presents do grant, bargain and Sell unto John M.
Hunt, his heirs and assigns the following property to wit:
The South West (1/4) Quarter of the North West quarter and the
North West quarter of the South West Quarter of Section (29)
Twenty nine in Township Seven (7) South of Range (20)
Twenty, To have and to hold the aforesaid bargained
property to him the Said John M. Hunt his heirs
and assigns forever, And I the Said Henry Moore
for Myself, my heirs, Executors, and administrators
the Said bargained premises unto the Said John M. Hunt
his heirs and assigns, against me and my Said Executors
and administrators, and against all and every other
person and persons whatsoever, Shall and will warrant
and defend by the present
