                         This Indenture made the fifteenth
day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and fifty One and in the seventy fifth year of
the independence of the United States of America between
Moses E. Levy owner of St. Johns County and Seraphina
Chauriteau of Paris France and Joseph Delevant Mortgagees
of the one part and Richard W. Miller of Alachua County
of the other part - Witnesseth: That the Said Moses
E. Levy for and in consideration of the Sum of Three
hundred thirty nine dollars 17 cents in hand paid, at and
before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold,
aliened, conveyed, and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant, bargain, Sell, alien, convey, and confirm unto
