benefit and behoof of the Said Richard W. Miller, his
heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns, in fee Simple
and the Said Moses E. Levy for his heirs executors and
administrators, do covenant with the Said Richard W.
Miller his heirs executors and administrators that he is
lawfully Seized in fee of the afore granted premises:
that they are free from all encumbrances; that he has
good right to Sell and convey the Same to the Said
Richard W. Miller as aforesaid; and that he will and
his heirs, executors, and administrators Shall warrant
and defend the Same, and every part thereof, to the Said
Richard W. Miller his heirs and assigns, forever, against
the lawful demands of all persons, by virtue of these
presents
