Alachua County     }  To wit
                             Know all men by these presents that we
Samuel W. Burnett  James G. Dell  William Dell and Noble A.
Strobahr are held and firmly bound unto Thomas Brown  Governor
of the State of Florida, or his Successors in office in the full Sum
of Two hundred dollars; for the payment of which well and
truly to be made, we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and
administrators jointly and Severally, firmly by these presents,  Sealed
with our Seals and dated this Twenty eight day of January AD 1851
                 The Condition of the above obligation is such
that whereas, the above bound Samuel W. Burnett was on the
twenty third day of January AD 1852 duly appointed Auc=
=tioneer for the County of Alachua in said State now if the
said Samuel W Burnett  Shall well and truly perform all
the duties of his said office, as prescribed by law, then this
obligation to be void; else to remain in full force and virtue
sealed and delivered          }  Saml W. Burnett  (LS)
