State of Georgia
  This Indenture made this twenty Second day of April in the
year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty one, between
George J. Kollock and Susan M. his wife, in the County of Habersham
in said State of Georgia of the first part, the said Susan M. joining
in this indenture, and becoming a party thereto, for the purpose of relin=
-quishing all claim to the Dower in the Lands hereinafter to be mention=
=ed; and William Young of the County of Screven in said State of Georgia
of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand dollars to
them in hand paid, by the said William at and before the sealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow=
=ledged have granted bargained and sold, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, remise release and confirm unto the said
William and to his heirs and assigns All that tract of Land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
in Chachala Hammock to the westward of and bounding on
Paynes Savannah, and containing five hundred acres more or less
being part of a twenty Six thousand acre grant made to one George
I.F. Clark by the Spanish Government on the seventeenth of
December One thousand eight hundred and seventeen, Together with
all and Singular the houses, liberties, privileges, easements commodities
emoluments, hereditaments rights members and appurtenances whatsoever
thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders rents issue and profits
and all the estate right title interest property or possession right of
Dower, claim and demand whatsoever in law and in equity of the said
George J. and Susan M. his wife of or to the Same in any part or
parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and To Hold the
said tract of land and all and singular other the premises hereby
granted bargained sold aliened and confirmed with the heredita=
=ments and appurtenances unto the said William Young his heirs and
assigns forever, and to and for no other use, interest, or purpose whatsoever
And Lastly the said George J. Kollock and his heirs the said
tract of land and premises, and the right and title thereof unto the
said William Young his heirs and assigns the said George J. Kollock
and his heirs the said tract of land and premises and the right and
title thereof unto the said William Young his heirs and assigns against the said
George J. and his heirs and against all and every other person or persons
whatever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
  In Witness Whereof the said George J. Kollock and Susan M. his wife have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
