Habersham County  }  Be it known that on this twenty second
day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred
and fifty one George J. Killock and Susan M. his wife parties
to a certain deed hereto annexed and bearing date on this day personally
appeared before me James Griggs one of the Justices of the
Inferior Court of Habersham County, in the County of Habersham afore-
said, which is with the jurisdiction of said Court, and the said
George J. being known to me to be the individual who executed said
deed, upon oath by me then and there administered to him acknow=
=ledged that he did execute said deed for the purposes expressed therein, and
the said Susan M. the wife of the said George J. which said
Susan M. is also known to me to be the other individual who
executed said deed, having been by me first privately examined
separate and apart from her husband, and the said deed having
been also fully explained to her, in the said examination, she, the
said Susan M. did thereupon then and there acknowledge that she
did execute the said deed, and that she did so freely and without
any fear or compulsion of her said husband, And I also certify
that the said Inferior Court of Habersham County is a Court of
record, and that there is no Chief Justice of said Court, all of
the Justices thereof being of an equal and coordinate authority

the County of Habersham aforesaid the day and year first above

                      I, James E. Griggs Clerk of the Inferior Court
of Habersham County in said State of Georgia, do hereby certify
that the Honorable James Griggs whose name is affixed to the
foregoing certificate is now, and was at the time, the said certi=
=ficate above written bears date, an acting Justice of said Infe=
-rior Court duly commissioned, and that to all his official acts as
such full faith and credit are due I further certify that the
foregoing signature purporting to be his is genuine
