                     I Susan M. Kollock, the wife of George J.
Kollock of said County and State do hereby acknowledge under my
hand and Seal, taken and made separate and apart from my
husband George J. Killock by James E. Griggs Clerk of the Inferior
Court of Habersham County aforesaid, the said Court being a Court of
Record in the County of Habersham aforesaid, and in the presence of
the Honorable James Griggs, one of the Justices of the said Inferior
Court, that the said renunciation of dower, made and intended
to be made by executing said joint deed with my husband to
William Young as aforesaid is made freely and voluntarily, and
without any compulsion, constraint apprehension, or fear of or
from my said husband, witness my hand and seal hereto annexed
in the County of Habersham aforesaid this twenty second day of
April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and

and she, the said Susan M. being separate and apart from her said
