presence and for the purposes aforesaid, as stated in said
acknowledgement, and in the certificate of the said James E.
Griggs Clerk as aforesaid, and was also signed and sealed
in my presence by the said Susan M. Kollack, And I further
certify that the said James E. Griggs is Clerk of the Inferior
Court of said County of Habersham, and that he was so at
the time of said acknowledgement, And I further certify that
the Signature of the said James E. Griggs Clerk aforesaid
is genuine; and that the seal of said Inferior Court annexed
thereto is the genuine Seal thereof.  And I further certify that
there is no Chief Justice of said Inferior Court, all of the said
Justices being of coordinate authority, and that the said acknow=
=ledgement was made by the Said Susan M. Kollack in the
County of Habersham aforesaid, and within the jurisdiction of
said Inferior Court which e******* over the whole of said County
