This Indenture made this Second day of February, in the
year of our Lord one thousnd Eight-hundred & Fifty two, between
William F.Rowan of the County of Columbia and State of Florida,
of the one part and John B.Standley of the Count of Alachua
State aforesaid of the Second part witnesseth; that the Said
William F.Rowan for and in consideration of the Sum of One hun-
dred & twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said John
B.Standley at and before the Sealing & delivery of these pres-
ents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted
bargained, Sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released and con-
firmed; and doth by these presents grant, bargain, Sell, Con-
vey, alien, remise release and conform unto the Said John B.
Standley his heirs and assigns forever the following described
lots or parcels of Land. To Wit- Lots Number Eleven and twelve
in the North half Range of the Town of Newnansville in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida as per plat of Said Town
on file in the office of the Judge of Probate for the County of
Alachua.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or is appertaining, and the
reversion & reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues
and profits thereof, And also all the Estate title, right, in-
terest, property, possession claim and demand whatsoever, as
well in law as in equity of the said William F.Rowan of in and
to the Same and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-
tenances unto the Said John B.Standley his heirs and assigns to
his and their own proper use and benefit forever
And the said William F.Rowan for himself his heirs executor
and administrators doth covenant, grant and agree to and with
the Said John B.Standley his heirs and assigns, that he the Said
William F.Rowan at the time of the Sealing and delivery of these
presents, is lawfully Seized in fee Simple of a good and abso-
lute and indefeasible right of inheritance, of in and to, all
and Singular the above granted and described premises, with the
appurtenances, and has good right, full power
