and lawful authority to Sell and convey the Same in
manner as aforesaid
   And that the Said John B. Standley his heirs
and assigns, Shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably, and quietly have, hold or occupy possess and
enjoy the above granted premises and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances, without any let
Suit trouble molestation eviction or disturbance of the
Said William F. Rowan his heirs or assigns or of any
other person lawfully claiming or to claim the Same
  And that the Same are now free clear and
discharged and unencumbered of and from all former
and other grants, titles, charges, Judgments and encum=
brances of what nature and kind Soever
  And also that the Said William F. Rowan
and his heirs and all and every person or persons
whosoever lawfully or equitably deriving and Estate
right title or interest of in or to the herein before
granted premises by from or under him or in trust
for him or them Shall & will at any time hereafter
before the reasonable request and at the proper cost
and charges of the Said John B. Standley or his heirs
or assigns make and execute a cause to be made
and executed all and every Such further lawful
and reasonable acts conveyances and assurances for
the better and more effective vesting and conveying
the premises hereby granted in and to the Said
John B. Standley his heirs and assigns forever, as
by the Said John B. Standley his heirs and assigns
may be reasonably required
  And the Said William F. Rowan and his
heirs the above granted and described premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
unto the said John B. Standley his heirs and assigns
and against all and every person or persons lawfully
Claiming or to claim the Same will forever warrant
