William F. Rowan to me well known to be the person who
executed the above Deed; and acknowledged that he had
executed the Same for the purposes therein mentioned

that I Harriet Rowan wife of William F. Rowan the
grantor of the foregoing deed for the conveyance of Real
Estate for and in Consideration of the Sum premises
in Said deed recited, and also the Sum of One dollar
to me in hand paid by John B. Standley, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby renounce
release and relinquish unto the Said John B. Standley
all my right claim or equity to Dower in and to
premises described in the aforesaid deed, as fully
and absolutely as I could or might do the Same

husband, and I certify that Said acknowledgment
was made Seperate and apart from her Said Husband
