Alachua County          Know all men by these presents, that I
Francis P. Sanchez of the State and County aforesaid one of the
heirs of Francis R. Sanchez deceased in consideration of the Sum
of Four Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by George W. Sanchez
of the State of aforesaid and the County of Alachua the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained Sold and quit 
claimed and by these presents do bargain Sell and quit claim 
unto the Said George W. Sanchez and to his heirs and assigns
forever, All my right title interest Estate claim and demands
both at law and equity and as well in possession as in expect-
ancy of in and to all my interest in the interest in the Estate
of the Said Francis R. Sanchez deceased as one of the heirs of
Said Estate with all and Singular the hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging
