Know all men by these presents that we John T.
Shekell of the County of Duval, State of Florida & Hariet
Shekell wife of the Said John T. Shekell for and in
consideration of the Sum of Eight Dollars to us in
hand now here paid have granted Sold and by these
presents do grant, bargain Sell and convey unto
Samuel B. Thompson of the Same place all that
Certain parcel of Land Situate and lying in the
Town of Newnansville Alachua County State of Florida
all those Eight Lots pieces or parcels of Land Each
Containing one half acre Situate lying and being
in the Town of Newnansville County of Alachua State
of Florida Known as Block No. (1) One Range No, 5
five containing four acres with all the appurtenances
& all the right title interest, Claim & Demand of us
or Either of us in the premises; To have & to hold
the Same with the appurtenances unto the Said
S.B. Thompson & his heirs & assigns in fee Simple
forever and I the Said John T. Shekell for myself,
& my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to & with
the Said Thompson & his heirs and assigns, that I
am now the owner of the Said premises & am Seized
in fee Simple of a good and indefeazible Estate of
inheritance therein & that I have full right & power
