                  } To all whom these presents Shall
Come.  I, A.M. Caston Judge of Probate of Alachua County
Send Greeting
              Whereas by an Order of the County Commissioners
for Alachua County duly Passed and Entered on record it is
directed that the Judge of Probate of Said County shall
make execute and deliver to the purchasers of lots in the
Town of Newnansville deeds of Conveyances for lots by
them respectively purchased and whereas James G. Dell &
W.W. Scott are the purchasers of lots hereinafter described
    Now Know Ye That I, A.M. Caston Judge of Probate
of Said County of Alachua by Virtue of the Authority do
as aforesaid in me Vested in Consideration of the Sum
of One hundred and fifty dollars paid by the Said James
G Dell and W W Scott the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted, bargained and Sold and by
these presents do grant, bargain and Sell unto the Said
James G. Dell & W.W. Scott and to their heirs and assigns
forever all those certain lots of land designated as lots
Sixteen, Eighteen, nineteen, Twenty, Twenty one, and Twenty
two, (16,18, 19, 20, 21 & 22) of North half Range,, also lots
One, two, Seven, and eight; (1, 2, 7 & 8) of Block No 5, Range
No 1, Upon the plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed
and existing in the Probate Office of the County of Alachua
together with all and Singular the hereditaments and
Appurtenances to the Same in any wise belonging, to have
and to hold the Said lots and premises unto the Said James
G. Dell & W.W. Scott their heirs and assigns as fully and
absolutely as I the Said A.M. Caston Judge of Probate
aforesaid and Under the Authority aforesaaid Mighty
Could or ought to Sell and Convey the Same

My hand and affixed My Seal this 28th day of February AD 1852
