Alachua County}  This Indenture made and Entered
into this 4th day of Feby 1852 betwixt George W. Sanchez
of the State & County aforesaid of the first part,
and Matthew G. Sikes on the Same State and County
of the Second part, Witnesseth that the Said George W.
Sanchez for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six
hundred And Seventy five Dollars ($675.00) to him in
hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents the recipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
bargained granted Sold and conveyed and do by these 
presents Grant bargain Sell and Convey to the Said M.G.
Sikes all that or parcel of Land Known in the plan
of the Survey of Said State and Cty as Section Thirty five
(35) Township Eight (8) Range Eighteen (18) it being the
South half of the South East Qr and South East quarter
of the North West quarter of Said Section Containing
One hundred and twenty (120) Acres more or less
together with all and Singular the rights members
