and appurtenances thereunto or in any wise belonging
to have and to hold Said bargained premises unto the Said
M.G. Sikes his heirs and assigns for his and their own
proper use benefit and behoof and the Said G.W. Sanchez
for his Self executors and administrators will Warrant and
