This Indenture made this first-day of March in the year of
our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty two; between 
George W. Sanchez Administrator of the Estate of Francis R. San-
chez late of the County of Alachua and State Aforesaid deceased
of the first part And James C. Standley of Said County and State
of the Second part; Witnesseth that Whereas by virtue of an 
order of the Judge of Probate in and for the County of Alachua
and State aforesaid dated the twenty-Eighth day of January in 
the Year Eighteen hundred & fifty-two the Said George W. Sanchez
Administrator as aforesaid was authorized and empowered to Sell
the real Estate Which was of the Said Francis R. Sanchez deceased
in his life time. And Whereas the Said George W. Sanchez Admin-
istrator as aforesaid having given the notice required by Law in
Cases of the Sale of real Estate of intestates did on this day
offer for Sale in front of the Court House door in the Town of
Newnansville County of Alachua and State of Florida the follow-
ing described tract or parcel of Land being part of the real
Estate of the Said Francis R. Sanchez deceased, To Wit- part of
Sections twenty five (25) Twenty Six (26) and thirty Six (36) of
Township Eight (8) South of Range Eighteen (18) East bounded as
follows, beginning at a Dogwood Stake at South East Corner
Thence N 65 W 100 Chains to a pine marked xS thence N 25 E 50 to
a pine marked xS thence South 65 E 100 Chains to Oak Marked xS
thence South 25 W 50Chanins to the place of beginning containing
five hundred Acres, And having Such Shape form and marks as are
presented on the plat hereto attached.
     And Whereas the Said James C. Standley became and was the
highest-and last bidder at Said Sale for the above described
property at the Sum of Four Thousand Dollars
     Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I George
W. Sanchez Administrator as aforesaid by virtue of the authority
trusted in me by the aforesaid order of the Judge of Probate in
and for Alachua County, State of Florida, and in consideration 
of the Sum of Four Thousand Dollars to me in hand paid
