This Indenture made this first day of March in
the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & fifty Two
between George W. Sanchez administrator of the Estate of Francis
R. Sanchez late of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
deceased, of the one part; and Solomon F. Halliday of Said County
and State of the Second part Witnesseth, that Whereas by an order
of the Judge of Probates in and for the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, dated the twenty Eighth day of January in the Year
Eighteen hundred and fifty two; the Said George W. Sanchez ad-
-ministrator as aforesaid, was authorised and empowered to Sell
the real Estate which was of the Said Francis R. Sanchez in his
life time And Whereas the Said George W. Sanchez administrator
as aforesaid having given the notice required by law in cases
of Sale of the real Estate of intestates, did this day offer for Sale
at public auction, in front of the Court House door in the
Town of Newnansville, County and State aforesaid the following
described property, being part of the real Estate of the Said Francis
R. Sanchez deceased, to Wit Lots No. One (1) Two (2) and Three (3)
No. Four (4) in Range No. five (5) of the Town of Newnansville
Alachua County State of Florida (as per plat of Said Town now
on file in the Office of the Judge of Probates for Said County)
  And Whereas the Said Solomon F. Halliday became and
was the highest and last bidder, at Said Sale for the above
described property at the Sum of One hundred & Thirty five
Dollars and fifty Cents
  Now Therefore, Know all men by these presents
that I the Said George W. Sanchez Administrator as
aforesaid by virtue of the authority in me vested by the
aforesaid order of the Judge of Probates in and for the County
of Alachua and State of Florida; And in consideration
of the Sum of One hundred & Thirty five Dollars and fifty
Cents to me in hand paid by the Said Solomon F.
Halliday at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby
bargain, Grant Sell, alien, convey, remise & release unto
the Said Solomon F. Halliday his heirs and assigns
the following described tracts or parcels of Land to Wit
Lots No. One (1) Two (2) Three (3) of Block No. Four (4)
in Range No. four (4) also the whole of Block No. four\
