with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenaances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining

forever
       And I the Said George W. Sanchez administrator
as aforesaid, do Covenant to and with the Said Solomon
F. Halliday his heirs and assigns that in the Sale of
the above described premises I have in all things
compiled with and observed the rules dirictions and
requirements of the Law, in regard to the Sale of the Real
Estate of intestates
