This Indenture made this first day of March 
in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & fifty two 
between George W. Sanchez administrator of Francis R. Sanchez
deceased late of Alachua County State of Florida of the first part
and Charles L. Wilson of the Said County and State of the Second
part; Witnesseth that whereas by an order of the Judge of
Probate in and for Alachua County State of Florida, dated the
Twenty Eighth day of January in the Year Eighteen hundred
and fifty two, the Said George W. Sanchez Administrator as
aforesaid was authorized having given the notice required
by law in cases of Sale of the real Estate of intestates, did on
this day offer for Sale at Public Auction, in front of the Court
House door in the Town of Newnansville County and State
aforesaid, the following described property (being part of the
real Estate of the Said Francis R. Sanchez deceased). to Wit
Lot No Six (6) of Block No four (4) in Range No Four
(4) of the Town of Newnansville County of Alachua
and State of Florida (as per plat of Said Town, on file
in the office of the Judge of Probate of Said County
       And whereas the Said Charles L. Wilson became
and Was the Highest bidder and last at the Said Sale
for the above described property at the Sum of Eleven Dollars
    Now therefore  Know all Men by these presents that
I the Said George W. Sanchez Administrator as aforesaid
by virtue of the Authority Vested in me by the aforesaid
Order of the Judge of Probates in and for the County
of Alachua State of Florida And in Consideration of the
Sum of Eleven Dollars to me in hand paid by the Said
Charles L. Wilson at and before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow=
ledged do hereby grant bargain Sell alien remise and
release Unto the Said Charles L. Wilson his heirs and
assigns the following described tract or parcel
of Land to Wit Lot No Number Six (6) of Block
Number Four (4) of Range Number four (4) in the Town
of Newnansville County of Alachua and State of Florida
as per Plat of Said Town on file in the Office of
the Judge of Probate for Said County
