Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining

as aforesaid do Covenant to and with the Said Charles
L. Wilson his heirs and assigns that in the Sale of the
above premsises I have in all things Complied with
and abserved the rules directions and requirements
of the Law in regard to the Sale of the real Estate of
intestate
