This Indenture made the Twenty first day
of January A.D. One Thousand, Eight Hundred
and fifty, Between Charles W. Johnson of
Goshen, in Orange County, and State of New York
and Mary the wife of Said Charles W. Johnson
Parties of the first part and Clement H. Young
of the village of Painted Post in the County of
Steuben and State of New York - Party of
the Second part Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the Sum of Three Thousand Dollars, lawful
money of the United States to us in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the
said party of the second part, his heirs, Executors
and administrators, forever released and discharged
from the same by these presents; have granted
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part
and to his heirs and assigns forever, All those
certain tracts or parcels of Land situated in
Alachua County in East Florida, on the tract
of Land Known as the Arredondo Grant and
described on a certain map of said Grant made
under the direction of the Commissioners appointed
by the Superior Court of the district of East Florida
at the June term A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Forty
Five by Messrs David H. Burr, and Henry Washington,
and described therein as follows viz: Section
Number (9) Nine, containing (640 12/100) Six Hundred
and forty and twelve hundredths acres; Section
Number (16) Sixteen Containing (641) Six Hundred
and Forty one acres; Section Number (17) Seventeen
containing (639 76/100) Six Hundred and Thirty nine
& seventy six hundredths acres; Section Number (21)
Twenty one containing (642 14/100) Six Hundred and
Forty two and Fourteen hundredths acres four sections
containing in all Two Thousand Five hundred and
