Sixty three & 62/100 acres all situated in Township
Number Eleven South and in Range Number
Nineteen East as described on the aforesaid
Map being some of the parcels of Land which
were awarded to the assignee and Heirs of
Jeromus Johnson by Messrs Payne, Child and
Forward, the commissioners appointed by the
Eastern Judicial Court of East Florida at the
June term of A.D. Eighteen hundred and forty
nine, and would refer to the report of Said
commissioners and final adjustment of the Suit
of Brush et al, vs. Prall et al. Said parcels
above described being portions of the lands deeded
to Charles W. Johnson by D. Henry Haight by Deed
dated the tenth day of January, Anno Domine
Eighteen hundred and fifty Together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; and also all the estate, right, title interest,
dower and right of dower, property, possession,
claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law
as in equity, of the said part of the first part,
of, in, and to the same, and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances, To have and
to hold the above granted, bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever
  And the said Charles W. Johnson & Mary his wife for
their heirs executors, and administrators do hereby covenant
grant and agree to and with the said party of the second
part, his heirs, and assigns, that the said parties of the
first part at the time of the Sealing and delivery of these
presents were lawfully seized in fee of a good, absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee Simple, of and in all and
Singular the above granted and described premises with the appur
tenances, and have good right full power and Lawful
authority, to grant bargain Sell and convey the Same
in the manner aforesaid, and that the said arty
of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, Shall and
