sseth & Says that he Saw Isaih Floyd Execute the foregoing in-
denture of mortgage for the purposes therein expressed; and that
he Subscribed his name thereto as a witness and Saw W.M. Ives
do the Same

     This Indenture made this Eighth day of March in the year of
our Lord, One thousand Eight hundred and fifty two, between
Isaiah Floyd of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of 
the first part and John B. Standley of Said County and State of 
the Second part, Witnesseth that the Said Isaiah Floyd for and
in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Dollars to him in 
hand paid by the Said John B. Standley at and before the Sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt Whereof is hereby
Acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold, Conveyed, aliened,
remised, released and Confirmed, and does by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell, Convey, alien, remise, release and Confirm
unto the Said John B. Standly his heirs and assigns the following
