tract or parcel of land to wit- Known and described on the 
United States Survey as follows, that is to Say, The South half 
of the North West quarter of Section Ten Township Eight (8) Range
Eighteen (18) South and East
     To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land unto
him the Said John B. Standley his heirs and asigns forever to-
gether with all and singular the rights-members and appurten-
ances thereof to the Same in any manner belonging to him and
their own proper use and benefit-forever in fee simple
     And the Said Isaih Floyd for himself his heirs executors
and administrators the Said bargained and above described land
and premises unto the Said John B.Standley his heir and assigns
will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof 
against the claim of all persons Claiming or to claim thereof
or under him or them and against the claim of all persons What-
soever
     In Witness Whereof the Said Isaih Floyd hath hereunto Set
his hand and Seal the day and year above mentioned
