Alachua County          Personally appeared before the Subscrib-
ed clerk of the circuit Court in and for Said County M. O'Brien
one of the Subscribing witnesses in the foregoing deed who being
duly Sworn Saith; that he saw John C. Hope Sign and seal and de-
liver the Same for the purposes therin mentioned and that Robt
W. Randall was also a subscribing witness to the same

Alachua County          Covenant entered into between Moses E.
Levy and Serofina Chavinteau of Paris France and Joseph De
Levants of London England Mortgages; On the one Grant and 
William Colson of the County on the the other witnesseth that
the Said Moses E. Levy had this day Sold to the Said William
Colson that Section of land known as Section No twenty four 24
Township nine 9 range Eighteen in the Arredonda Grant Containing
about 640 acres of Land more or less for the Sum of 640$ Six
hundred and forty Dollars before the following conditions That 
is to Say Two hundred Dollars down as follows; 100$ cash and 
100$ in a draft on Geo L. Brown of Newnansville the balance in 
one and two years installment with interest; And the Said Moses
E. Levy obliges himself his heirs Executors administrators and
assigns to make a full warranted deed in favor of said Colson or
assigns for the aforementioned Section of Land When the payments
are made in conformit with this memorandem of agreement
    In Witness Whereof the parties to this Contract have Signed
& Sealed this Instrument of writing at Micanopy this 30th day of Jay 1852
