   This Indenture, made the thirty first day of January one
Thousand Eight hundred and fifty between Charles W. Brush and
Eugene VanNess surviving executors of the last Will and testament of Dr.
Nehemiah Brush late of the City of New York deceased of the first
part and Hardy Havard of Alachua County State of Florida
Planter of the Second part Witnesseth, that the Said parties of
the first part, by virtue of the Power and authority to them given in and
by the Said last will and testament, and for and in consideration of the Sum
of Three hundred and Sixty One Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America, to them in hand paid, at or before the Ensealing
and delivery of these presents, by the Said party of the Second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the Said party of the
Second part his heirs, executors and administrators, forever released
and discharged from the Same by these presents, have granted,
bargained, Sold, aliened, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, release, convey, and confirm
unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever
All - that Certain piece or parcel of Land Situate in the Arredondo
Grant" of Land in Alachua County Florida known and designated
on a certain Map of Said Grant Made by Messrs Burr & Washington
as the West half of section Twenty Eight (28) Township Eleven (11) in Range
Nineteen (19) Containing Three hundred and Twenty one 30/100 acres
of Land be the Sum more or less which Said Section
containing Said half Section having been laid off by and Struck
across to the parties hereto of the first part or the heirs of Docr N.
Brush Deceased at a Sale of Said Grant made on the 21st day
