or denial Whatsoever, of, from, or by them the Said parties of the
first part, their heirs or assigns; or of, from, or by any other person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or who Shall or may lawfully
Claim hereafter, by from, or under them or Either of them, or by, from

free and clear, and freely and clearly discharged, acquitted, and exonn=
-erated, or otherwise well and Sufficiently Saved, defended, kept

                      Be it Known that on this
day before me, a commissioner of Florida appointed by the
Governor of that State and qualified to take the acknowledge-
ment of Deed &c in New York to be used in
Said State of Florida personally appeared Charles W. Brush
who acknowledged that he had executed the foregoing Deed
for himself and his Co executor Eugene Van Ness
for the purposes therein mentioned
  And the Said Brush by me being duly
Sworn Said that he executed the Said Deed for the Said
Van Ness under and by virtue of a Power of
Power of Attorney executed by him for this
purpose by the Said Van Ness, which Power
of Attorney is duly recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County
