Know all men by these presents that I Lewis Mattair
of the County of Columbia and Territory of Florida in Consideration
of in lawful money of the United States to Me
in hand paid by Bennett M. Dell of Alachua County and
Territory aforesaid the receipt Whereof I do hereby acknowledge, do by
these presents give grant, bargain, Sell and Convey unto the Said
Bennett M. Dell his heirs and Assigns a Certain parcel of Land
Situated in Alachua County and Territory aforesaid and described
on the Maps in the Land Office at St Augustine as the West half
of the South West quarter of Section Twenty Six in Range Eighteen
Township Seven and Containing more or
less together with all and Singular the priveledge and appurte=
naances to the Said land in any wise appertaining and belonging
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the Said Bennett
M. Dell his heirs and assigns to his and their Use and behoof
forever, And I the Said Lewis Mattair for Myself my heirs, executors and
administrators do Covenant with the Said Bennett M. Dell, that
I Am lawfully Seized in fee of the aforegranted premises that
they are free from all encumbrances, that I have good right
to Sell and convey the Same to the Said Bennett M. Dell
And that I will and that my heirs exeturs & administrators
Shall Warrant and defend the Same to the Said
Bennett M. Dell his heirs and assigns for ever against
