Louisa Mattair  Wife of Louis Mattair Grantor in the above
Deed for the Conveyance of real Estate to Bennett M.
Dell bearing date the fifth day of January AD 1840 do hereby
renounce, relinquish and release to the grantee therein
Named all my right of Dower in and to the Lands tenaments
&c therein Conveyed
          In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and Seal this fifth day of January  AD 1840

in and for the County aforesaid do hereby Certify that Louisa
Mattair wife of Lewis Mattair grantor in the annexed deed for
the Conveyance of Real Estate to Bennett M. Dell dated the
fifth day of January AD 1841 personally appeared before me
in my County aforesaid and being examined by me privily
the Said deed fully explained to her she Acknowledged that
she signed and sealed the above renunciation relinquishment
and release of Dower to the grantee therein named and 
declared that she had done the Same freely voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of and from her Said husband and that
She wished not to retract
            Given under My hand and private Seal this sixth
day of January AD 1852
