This Indenture made this ninth day of March in the Year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty two, between
Moses Curry of the County of Duval State of Florida of the first part
and Bennett M.M. Dell of the County of Alachua in Said of the Second
part Witnesseth: That the Said Moses Curry for and in Consideration 
of the Sum of Three hundred aand Seventy five Dollars to him in hand
paid by the Said Bennett M. Dell as and before the Sealing and
delivery of these presents to the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted bargained and Sold Conveyed, aliened, remised, released, and
confirmed; and by these Presents do grant, bargain, Sell convey
alien, remise, release, and confirm unto the Said Bennett
M. Dell his heirs and assigns the following described property
To Wit. or parcel of Land lying and Situate in the County of Alachua
And State of Florida, and described in the Survey of the United States
as follows, that is to Say, the North half of Section Twelve in Township
Seven, of Range Eighteen South and East, together with all and Singular
the rights Members and appurtenances to the Same belonging in
in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder
and remainders rents, issue, and profits thereof, To hold & to hold
the Same with the appurtenances Unto the Said Bennett M. Dell
and his heirs in fee Simple for ever.
    And the Said Moses Curry for himself and his heirs
doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the Said Bennett
M. Dell and his heirs and assigns that he, the Said Moses
Curry is now the owner of the Said premsises, and that he
os Seized of a good indefeazible estate of inheritance therein,
