and that he has full right and power to Sell and convey
the Same in fee Simple absolute; that the Said premises are free
and Clear from all incumbrances; that the Said Bennett M. Dell
his heirs and Assings May forever hereafter, have hold possess and enjoy
the Same without Any suit molestation, or interruption by any person
Whatever lawfully Claiming any right therein:
          And that the Said Moses Curry and all Persons hereafter
Claiming under him, Will at any time hereafter at the request and
expense of the Said Bennett M. Dell for the more effectual Convienance
of th Said premises with the Appurtenances as May be Reasonably
required by him or them
            And the Said Moses Curry and his heirs
will Warrant and defend the Said Premises with the
appurtenances Unto the Said Bennett M. Dell and his heirs
and assigns forever

Curry the Wife of Moses Curry the Grantor of of the foregoing deed
for the Conveyance of Real Estate, for and in Consideration of the Sum
of One Dollar the Premises in Said deed recited and also the Sum
of One Dollar to me in hand paid by Bennett M. Dell at and before
the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged, do hereby renounce release and relinquish unto the Said
Bennett M. Dell all my right and equity of Dower in and to
the premises by Said deed Conveyed: as fully and absolulety as
I might or could do the Same
