Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents
that I Alla Perry Jones wife of Jas D. Jones of the withen
named for and in consideration of Six hundred dollars to me
in hand paid by the within named Terza Williams do hereby
                                     right and
relinquish and renounce all my dower and ^ title to dower in
and to the premises mmentioned in the within Indenture to the
said Terza Williams; and I do hereby acknowledge that the
said relinquishment and renunciation of dower made freely
and voluntarily, and without any compulsion constraint appre
hension or fear from the within named Jas D Jones my said
husband, Taken and acknowledged by the Said Mrs Alley
Perry Jones  Separate and apart from her Said husband this
11 day of April 1853
