all that certain piece or parcel of land lying & being situate in
the State of Florida & County aforesaid & known & described as fol-
lows: that NE1/4 of section 29 township 9 S of Range 19 E with
the appurtenances.  To have and to hold the above granted prem-
ises unto the said F.A. Pardee his heirs executors or administrators
& assigns for ever in fee simple.

This Indenture made the third day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between Mary E. MHan
of Nacooche, County of White State of Georgia of the first part
and Sarah Raulerson, of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the second part.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States of American to her in hand paid by

of Alachua State of Florida and more particularly known and de-
