This Indenture made the third day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between Mary E. MHan
of Nacooche, County of White State of Georgia of the first part
and Sarah Raulerson, of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States of American to her in hand paid by
