Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I Geo W. Kitler
of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
of one thousand Dollars to me in hand paid by Saml J. Borne of
the same place the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I do hereby
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Saml J. Borne
his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land with the
buildings thereon standing and all the privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the same situate in said County and ****** are
described as follows Lots No Seven and Eight of Sec No nine in
Township No nine South of Range No twenty two East also lots No
one and two of the North East quarter of Section No nine Township No
nine South of Range No twenty two East Containing in all two hundred
& Sixteen & 80/100 To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said Saml J. Borne to his heirs and assigns to his and
their own proper use and benefit forever.  And I the said Geo
W. Kitler my heirs myself my executors and administrators do 
do covenant with the said Saml J. Borne his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted premises
that they are free from all encumbrances that I have good right
to sell and convey the same to the said Saml J. Borne his heirs
and assigns as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs Executors
administrators shall warrant and defend the same to the said Sam
J. Borne his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons In witness whereof
I hereunto set my hand and seal this the Fourth day January in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty six

me well known and acknowledged that he executed the within deed
