This agreement made and entered into this 15" day of January
AD one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Six between C.H. Crisman of
the County of Alachua town of Micanopy and State of Florida of the first part
and Amos Barber of the same Town County and State aforesaid of the
second part Witnesseth that the said C.H. Crisman for and in consideration
of the sum of Thirty Dollars the receipt whereof he does hereby acknowledge 
has bargained and sold conveyed and granted and by these presents does freely
and truly grant bargain sell and convey unto said Amos Barber of
the second part the following described Town lots situated in the town
of Micanopy County of Alachua and State of Florida vis lots numbers
three and four of Township three and Range four said lots containing
two acres more or less exclusion of Alleys and Streets described according
to a survey of same made during the lifetime of Joel B. Smith
deceased        To have and to hold the aforesaid premises together with
all and singular the appurtenances pertaining therewith to the said
Amos Barber of the second part in fee simple forever C.H. Crisman
of the first part do covenant with Said Amos Barber that I
will and my heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same to the said Amos Barber of the second part his heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons

Crisman wife C. Crisman of my own free will and accord and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from

my said husband do hereby relinquished all my^dower to the foregoing
described lot or parcel of land to the said Amos Barber for the considera
tion In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on the 5" day of February AD 1876

Irene Crisman who on a private examination separate and apart
