Know all men by these presents that I Joseph W. Coburn and my wife
of the City of Boston County of Suffolk State of Massachusetts for and in
consideration of the sum of Six hundred and forty three dollars (643.00)
paid by Hattie L. Sanchez of the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua
State of Florida at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Hattie L. Sanchez her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract or parcel of land and premises situate
lying and being in the town of Gainesville County of Alachua and
State of Florida known as the Fredenburg property commencing at
a Stake ninety feet East of the South East corner of lot Block Six (6)
in the Town of Gainesville thence along the line dividing Tillman Ingram's
land from land belonging to the Town of Gainesville Five hundred and
Sixty feet (560) thence South Four hundred and Thirty feet (430)
thence west Five hundred and Sixty feet (560) thence North four hundred
Four hundred and Thirty feet (430) to the place of commencement containing
five acres more or less [also all that other tract or parcel of land
and premises situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville County
and State aforesaid being known and distinguished as Block (2) two
bounded on the west by the street direct to the depot in
the South by street running north and south on the northerly line
dividing the land of Tillman Ingram from the town of Gainesville
being two hundred feet (200) square more or less together with the
appurtenances and all the Estate right title and interest dower
right and title of dower to the same
To have and to hold the granted premises with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging to the said Hattie L. Sanchez party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns to their own proper

covenant with the said grantee and her heirs and assigns that
we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the granted premises that
they are free from all encumbrances of whatsoever nature or kind

warrant and defend the same to the said grantee and her heirs
and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands
