Joseph W. Coburn and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be his
free act and deed before me.

  I hereby certify that at the day of the attestation hereunto annexed
George D. Wilders was a Justice of the Peace for the County of Suffolk
in the said Commonwealth duly commissioned and constituted: that to his 
acts and attestation, as such full faith and credit are and ought to be
given in and out of court and that said Justice of the Peace is by  
him authorized to take depositions in said County and administer
oaths and take acknowledgements of deeds in any County of this commomw
ealth I further certify that the deed annexed is executed and acknowledged
according to the laws of this commonwealth and I believe the signature 
to be genuine. In testimony of which I have hereinto affixed the seal
of the commonwealth the date first above written.

This endenture made and entered into 22nd day of August A. D. 1876
Witnesseth that S.F. Winecoff & W.F. Winecoff her husband for and in 
consideration of Eighty Dollars $80 00/100 to us in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey Urbane H.
Hane his heirs executors administrators and assigns all that certain
lot & parcel of land known and described as lot number one (1) which
said lots fronts thirty three feet on Fitts street which bounds it on the 
South west from whence it runs seventy five feet on the Railroad
right of way which  bounds it on the South East said lot situated 
on the Town of Archer in Alachua County Fla. To have and to hold 
the above described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging 
and also all the estate right title interest property claim and 
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said
Parties of the first part of in and to the same with the 
appurtenances and we hereby warrant & defend the rights
& title to the said land and appurtenances unto the
