This indenture made the tenth day of June Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Six between Mary V. Walker of the City of 
Wilmington County of New ***** and State of North Carolina party 
of the first part and S.F. Winecoff of the town of Archer County 
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
Eighty Dollars to her in hand paid by the said party of the second 
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted 
aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give
grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said 
party of the second part his executors administrators heirs and 
assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the said town of Archer County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and known and described on the official plat
or map of said town as lot number one (1) in block number 
one (1) which said lot fronts thirty three feet on Fitts Street 
which bounds it in the South west from whence it runs 
Seventy Five feet on the rail Road right-of-way which bounds
it in the South East. Together with all and singular 
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging 
and also all the estate, right, title, interest property claim
