and demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part and his executors
administrators heirs and assigns as his and their absolute property in
fee simple forever. And the said Mary V. Walker for herself and for
all others claiming by through or under her doth covenant and agree
that she is seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate in
and to the above premises by deed from the trustees of the Florida
Railroad Company bearing date June 12 1864 and that she has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of
any and every nature and description created by herself and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under her the said party
of the first part

This Indenture made the tenth day of August in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy six Between
Abijah S. Tomlinson of the County of Cook and State of Illinois
of the first part and Mariam Tomlinson wife of said Abijah
S. Tomlinson of the County of Cook and State of Illinois of the second
part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred and Seventy five Dollars
lawful money of the United States of American to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
