grants titles charges estates judgements taxes assessments and
encumbrance of what nature and kind soever.
   And the said party of the first part for himself and for his
heirs the above described and hereby granted and released premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto

husband R.M. Roberts made executed and delivered a deed of conveyance
to Mrs Myrtle C. Thomas dated on the 20" day of February AD 1864
recoded 30" of April 1867 in deed Book G page 244 & 245 in Alachua
County Florida whereby we conveyed to him the West half of Block
one Range Four in the town of Gainesville Florida.
   Now Know all men by these presents that I Rosa M. Roberts do
acknowledge on a separate and private Examination before a Judicial
officer that I did execute said conveyance freely & voluntarily 
and without any fear or compulsion for my said husband
