  This Indenture made and entered into on this Fifth day of Sept in
the year of our Lord One thousand and Eight hundred and Seventy Six Between
Thomas B. Knight of Alachua County Fla of the first part and U.F. Tillis
of the County of Alachua & State of Florida of the second part  Witnesseth that
the said party of the first for and in consideration of the sum of $50.00/100
Fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second party
of the second part All that tract or parcel of land lying and being 
in the County of Alachua Co State of Florida and known and described
on the Maps and public surveys of said State us the South West quarter
(SW1/4) of the north west quarter (NW1/4) of Section one (1) Township eight South
(T8S) of Range twenty East (R20E) Containing Forty & 01/100 acres more or less
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all and singular
the rights and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise pertaining unto said party of the second part
and his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever and
the said party of the first part for themselves and succession and
for all others claiming, by though or under them or either of them do
covenant and agree that they are seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and that they have good right to convey
the same as they have conveyed the same free and discharged from
all encumbrances and lien of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly & peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whoever lawfully claiming the same and that they
will at any and all times make such further covenants conveyances
and assurances at the expense of said party of the second part as he
the said party of the second part heirs or assigns or council learned
in the law may require
