Alachua County   } Before me a Justice of the Peace for said County
personally came Thomas Tillis to me well known who says upon
oath that he was one of the subscribing witnesses to the within deed and
said Thomas B. Knight acknowledged to him that he signed the
within deed for the purposes therein expressed

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I James M.
Hunter of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of 
the relative love and affection which I have and bear unto my
son Robert Butler Hunter of said County and State have granted
bargained given sold and conveyed and by these presents do
give grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Robert Butler Hunter all that certain piece parcel or tract
of land lying being and situated in the Arrendondo in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida Known and particularly
described as the South half of Section Twenty-six (26) in Township
Eleven South of Range twenty one (21) East together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
unto the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to
have and to Hold the same to him the said Robert Butler
Hunter his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever.
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 4" day of February AD 1876
