Sidney M. Sikes of the County and State aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred and Ten Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to me in hand paid by Jas
Jas S. Baily of Dooly County and State of Georgia the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and by
these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the 
said Jas S. Bailey, his heirs and assigns the following described
     or tract
parcel^of land (viz) Lot two (2) and three (3) in Section Eighteen
(18) Township Ten (10) Range Fourteen (14) to have and to hold
the same unto the said James S. Bailey his heirs and assigns
forever  And I do covenant with the said Jas S. Bailey that
I am lawfully seized in fee simple of the premises that 
they are free from all encumbrances and that I will warrant 
and defend the same to the said Jas S. Bailey his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
