This Indenture made and entered into on this the Sixteenth day of
September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
six between the Florida town Improvement Company a body corporate
by the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part and Sarah
Raulerson party of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of of One hundred and fifty 00/100
Dollars ($150oo) to it in hand paid by the said party of the second part

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has^granted aliened, bargained
sold, transferred, conveyed and confirmed, and does by these presents
give grant alien bargain sell transfer, convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever
all those certain lots or parcels of land situate lying and being
in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and
better and more fully known and described on the plat of said town
as lot number one in Block twenty four and lot number two
in Block twenty four lots 1 & 2 13 24), To have and to hold the
above described premises together with all and singular the rights
and privileges immunities and easements appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns as her absolute property in
fee simple forever. And the said Florida Town improvement
Company for itself and assigns and for all others claiming
by through or under it does covenant and agree that at the time
of the execution and delivery of these presents the said Company is
seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and has good right to convey the same as it has conveyed the same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every
nature and description and that the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peacefully and may
at all times hereafter, have use occupy posses and enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming the same and that it will at any and all times
make such further covenants conveyances and assurances at
the expense of the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns that or counsel learned in law may require
     In Witness whereof the said party of the first part has caused
its seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be certified
by its president and Resident Manager the day and year
first above written
