Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into this 15" day
of May AD 1876 between J.R. Zetrouer party of the first part Caroline
E. Tillman party of the second part.  Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars the party of the first part
in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part hath bargained
and sold and doth hereby convey unto the party of the second part all
that certain tract or parcel of land described as follows, commencing at
the North East corner of lot no 6 Six Moses E. Levy grant Runs thence
west 51 chains to a Stake runs South 27.68 chains to a Stake thence
East to boundary line thence North to point of beginning, containing one 
hundred and fifty one acres lying in the County of Alachua & State of
Florida To have and to hold the same with all and singular the
rights improvements and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining to their own proper use benefit and behoof of
said party of the second part her heirs executors and assigns
forever in Witness whereof the said party of the first part
hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal on the day and
year first above written in presence of }

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I Minnie A.
F. Zetrouer wife of John R. Zetrouer grantor in the foregoing deed
for and in consideration of the privileges in said deed mentioned and
of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by Caroline E. Tillman
grantee in said deed mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have released relinquished renounced and by these present do release
relinquish and renounce and forever quit claim unto the
said Caroline Tillman all my dower and right of dower
in and to the lands in the foregoing deed mentioned and
conveyed.  To have and to hold the same unto the said Caroline
E. Tillman her heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from my said husband
