   Alachua County         } Know all men by these presents that I
Thomas P. Kittler of the County of Alachua and State of Florida in consideration
of the sum of three hundred dollars to me paid by Mary C. Helveston of the
same County and State the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby
give grant sell and convey unto the said Mary C. Helveston her heirs and
assigns all that Parcel of land bounded and described as follows to wit-
On the East side of Section (35) thirty five Township (11) Eleven Range (18)
Eighteen, Two hundred and thirty one acres more or less of land To have
and to hold, the aforegranted Property to the said Mary C. Helveston her
heirs and assigns to her and their use and behoof forever and I
the said Thomas Kittler do hereby for myself and my heirs
Execute and administrative covenant unto the said Mary C. Helveston
her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple of
the aforegranted land that it is free from all incumbrances that I
have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Mary C. Helveston
and that I warrant and defend the same premises to the said
Mary C. Helveston her heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claim
and demand of all Persons.        In Witnes whereof I the said Thomas
P. Kittler have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the    day of
September - AD one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Six

same signed by Thomas P. Killter and that the same is his Identical
signature as it appears     }
