This Indenture made and entered into on this fourteenth day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy six Between the Florida Land and Immigration Com-
pany a body corporate by the laws of the State of Florida party of the
first part and Mrs Mattie E. Robinson party of the second part
WItnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in con-
sideration of fifty 00/100 dollars ($50.00) lawful money of the United
States of America by it in hand paid by the said party of the sec-
ond part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened
bargained, sold, transferred, conveyed and confirmed: and does by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and better known and described in the public
maps and records of said State as the north west quarter of the north east
quarter of section fourteen Township eight South of Range Twenty one East
(NW1/4 of NE1/4 of Sec 14 T 8 S R 21E)  To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises, together with all and singular the rights
and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs and assigns as her absolute property in fee simple forever.
And the said Florida Land and Immigration Company for itself and
assigns and for all others claiming by through or under it does cove
nant and agree that at the time of the execution and delivery of these pres
ants the said company is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises and has good right to convey the same as it has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any
and every nature and description and that the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably and may at all times hereafter
have use occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises against all persons
                                                           and all
whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And that it will at any^times make
such further covenants conveyances and assurances at the expense of the
said party of the second part as she the said party of the second part her heirs
or assigns or counsel learned in the law may require.
          In witness whereof the said party of the first part has caused its seal
to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be certified by its President and
Resident Manager the day and year first above written
