This Indenture made this 26th day of September AD 1876 between
George A. Soule of Boston State of Massachusetts of the first part and
Ideller Kennard of Waldo Alachua County State of Florida, of the
second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Seventy-five Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents hath
granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed unto the said Ideller Kennard
her heirs and assigns for ever all my Right, title and interest in the
lot of Land better known and described on the public maps as
the North East quarter (NE1/4) of the South East quarter (SE1/4) of
Section fourteen (S 14) Township Eight (T 8) Range twenty one East
(R 21 E) containing 40--- acres more or less situated in Alachua County
State of Florida. Together with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

 This Indenture made this Eleventh day of February in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between R.
B. Weeks of Waldo Alachua Co and State of Florida of the first part
and Harriet M. Miller of Louisville Ky of the second part.
    Withnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of fifty dollars in lawful money of the United
States to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold released and
conveyed and doth by these presents grant, bargain sell, release
and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever that certain piece parcel or tract of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua & State of Florida and being known as part of
the south west quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty three
(23) Township Eight (8) Range twenty one East (21) All of said lot
lying East of the Tampa Rail Road containing six (6) acres more
of less To have and to hold, the above described premises together
