with all and singular the rights & privileges communities thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part do
covenant and agree that they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee
simple to the above premises. That they have a good right to convey the
same Free and discharged from all encumbrances and leans of any and
every nature and description. And that the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And that they will
at any and all times make each further covenances at their expense as the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns or counsel learned in
the law may require.

Weeks acknowledged she executed the within deed of relinquishment of
dower freely and voluntarily and without compulsion from her said husband
